PPP Standards
Welcome to PlayPPP. It is our goal to be a fun and relaxing place to play with our friends.
The following is a list of League Standards. If you find these are not to your liking you may need to reconsider if PlayPPP is the right league for you. If you have any concerns regarding them please contact Chris68075 (HA) or another admin. You can find their contact information at the top of the page under the header.
- Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated.
- There is to be NO discussing and/or bashing of other leagues.
- If you have a problem with either a player or a host please contact administration ASAP. We are here to help and are listed for your convenience under the header.
- NO two people may share an account. Each person must have their own Pogo and League name and we require they match exactly. As well as no player may have two accounts. Duplicate accounts are not permitted by cases and will be automatically removed from the league.
- Every player has until the end of the first round of a tourney to arrive and begin play. Same goes if a player is booted or leaves the game for whatever reason. In timed games the player in attendance will begin play with everyone else and the absent player can play the remainder of the round when and if the arrive. If there is only one pairing in the first round the player not in attendance will have five minutes to arrive before being timed out.
- Hosts always try to begin each tourney on time and are not obligated to wait for any player to register or arrive. Once a player is registered for a tourney it is their responsibility to arrive on time and/or withdraw themselves.
- Players MUST report when host says "STOP" or asks for positions on the leader board immediately. Failure to do so will result in a DQ for that round. It is important to pay attention to chat in lobby when in a tourney.
- It is the players responsibility to read the game rules which are located in the rules portion of the tournement page. If your table is incorrect you will need to reset no matter if game has started or not. If host cannot contact you through the lobby or by gaining access to your table the person that sets will be disqualified. So keep an eye on the lobby when playing on a table and/or room.
- Only the opponents or the host are allowed on the table during tourney play.
- PlayPPP expects every member to respect each other and maintain an element of good sportsmanship. This includes wishing your opponent good luck and ending your game with an acknowledgement and thanking your host, who volunteers their time. There will be absolutely no talk, joking or otherwise, of cheating. If you suspect foul play, you are to come to an admin member with your accusations. DO NOT under any circumstances address your opponent or discuss it in the lobby.
- When non-winning player posts win/loss in the lobby, the winner will remain on the table until win is verified. This insures proof of win can be verified in the event of a dispute.
- Please note that when you register for a tournament, you must check the "ACCEPT RULES" box. By doing so you are acknowledging that you have READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT all league rules and rules pertaining to that specific tournament as well as the rules listed here.
- Cheating and/or use of auto programs will result in removal from league. If a player is suspected of cheating Admin will use statistics, and whatever information is available to them and vote on the probability. If found it is probable a program is being used, player will recieve a warning, and if it is continued will be removed from the ppp ladder
- Failure to follow any of the leagues rules will result in immediate removal from tour. As well as another dicipline action may be taken by Admin such as time in the penelty box or removal from the league.
